Why We Exist
In many communities, the cost of equipment is the first barrier keeping kids off the field. Families are facing real financial decisions — rent or cleats, food or registration fees. We step in so that play doesn’t disappear from their childhood.
Because when a child steps onto the field — with the right gear and the right support — something shifts. They stand taller.

About the Founder
Hey...I am Akilah Anderson...
...and I’m the founder of Goals4Growth.
I’m from St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and I’ve been passionate about soccer since I first started playing at just four years old. Over the years, the sport has taught me teamwork, perseverance, and leadership—values that have shaped who I am today as a high school junior.
As I grew, I realized that while many young girls around the world share the same love for soccer, not all have access to the basic equipment needed to play and grow in the sport. That realization inspired me to take action.
I founded Goals4Growth to help bridge that gap. Our mission is to provide girls around the world with essential soccer gear—cleats, socks, balls, shin guards, and more—so they can chase their goals both on and off the field.
Through this work, I hope to create opportunities for every girl to play with confidence, build community, and discover her own potential—just as soccer helped me do.
